Leone Beige – Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your furniture from Leone Beige. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for our furniture store.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition in which it was received

Unused, undamaged, and free of wear

In its original packaging, including hardware and accessories

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Items showing signs of use, assembly, staining, or damage not present at delivery may not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

Information on arranging pickup or drop-off (depending on item size and carrier)

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Fees
Because furniture varies in size and freight cost, return shipping works differently from small packages:

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For large furniture items, we will help arrange a freight pickup, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to help cover inspection, repackaging, and handling.
We recommend keeping all original packaging until you are sure you want to keep your item.
5. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with photos or video so we can evaluate the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:

A replacement

Replacement parts
-
A repair
-
A full refund if no replacement is available
We will cover shipping costs for all approved damage/defect claims.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For quality and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized furniture

Final-sale or clearance items

Assembled items (unless defective upon arrival)

Gift cards
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to start a return, and once it is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.
However, for damaged or defective items, we will replace or repair them at no cost.
8. EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be in unused condition with original packaging.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
